We’ve just opened a new restaurant at 148 West Street #A-8 Reno, NV 89501, so please come check it out! With that being said…we are no longer a food truck, since that thing went up in flames!
Nom Eats WAS a vegan food truck based in Reno, Nevada, but now we’re a freakin restaurant! We specialize in vegan street food, think everything you loved and grew up on, VEGANIZED! Our food truck has been in operation since October 2014 and has won 'Best Food Truck' in Reno's News and Review four times in a row (2016,2017, 2018, 2019).
Nom Eats is a locally owned truck. All three owners grew up in sparks. Owners Robyn and Carly Gurinskas are sisters as well a long time vegans, 10+ years. Robyn Gurinskas is head chef, head cook and master recipe creator. She is a self taught chef and nothing makes her happier than to cook delicious food for people! Carly Gurinskas has since given up day to day work on the truck, but offers creative and social media contributions. It gives her great pleasure to have created a welcoming place where people love and enjoy vegan favorites! Ian Mcintosh is an almost life long vegetarian with at least 5 years vegan under his belt. He is our faithful food truck driver as well as our most charming and talkative order taker!
